To achieve your Project Vision, RWHAA has partnered with J+R Concepts (JRC) to afford your Church the maximum Consultation Flexibility coupled with a Unique ability to provide the Church with Critical Up-Front Planning Information.
Our firm's main emphasis is the proper stewardship of your Church Assets by providing a customized Church Project Delivery Program. The Goal of our Unique Program is for RWHAA to Design and JRC to deliver the largest and most attractive Facility for your Desired Budget.
RWHAA and JRC formed our Partnership because we felt Churches deserved to be provided with critical Planning Information
BEFORE having to commit to a particular Building Program.
All too often we contacted Churches who have had to shelve their Building Plans due to their initial Budget being grossly exceeded.
These Churches trusted their Design Professionals to provide them with a Facility at the Budget Cost requested. Sadly, after commissioning for complete Building Plans and the subsequent Bidding Phase, the Church was stunned to learn that they couldn't afford to Build.
We have a better Design Approach to prevent this from happening.
We work solely for the Church's Benefit hired by and paid by the same. We don't receive any payment from other parties.
Simply, we recommend a Team Approach to optimize the Design Process: Church, JRC, and General Contractor working together.
Recognizing that a reputable General Contractor (GC) is an expert at establishing the Cost of Materials and Labor for a given Project it; therefore, is prudent to invite this Firm to participate as a member of the Design Team. Additionally, because the Cost of Materials and Labor are basically the same for each GC, the ONLY way to achieve the maximum Cost/ Benefit ratio is through prudent Design and judicial choice of Materials. Brought in early in the process, the GC can evaluate Cost throughout the Design Development to ensure against "Budget Busting" elements. We can then negotiate the lowest Price at Plans completion.
Even if the Church elects to secure Bids, our Team Member GC should still be the Low Bidder because he will have the most information.
